The house offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and generous living spaces, making it ideal for families, friends or couples travelling together.

With amazing sea views, sunsets, wide open beaches, a private patio and braai area, and direct access to the beach via a nearby boardwalk, the home is perfectly positioned for relaxed coastal living.

Guests have the whole place to themselves. Bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs with the main bedroom with an ensuite, dining room, lounge and kitchen upstairs. Brand new work surfaces in the kitchen makes it appealing. There is a convenient washing line for the hanging of washing, towels or wetsuits.

Located within the security estate is the historic landmark, Stompneus Bay, at the tip of the peninsula. Shelley Point is ideally located within less than half an hour between Vredenburg, Paternoster, Britannia Bay, Port Owen and Velddrif. The Paternoster waterfront and all the eating facilities make it an easy day trip. In addition, the local cuisine in St Helena Bay and Stompneus Bay has been growing with fish and chips available in the Harbour. Even sushi is available at the local Spar. There are a number of quaint local business that make for interesting browsing in the local Stompneusbaai area.

- At least 4 different beaches where hours can be spent collecting shells, surfing, walking, fishing or just watching the local sea life which visibly exist and can be readily seen among the very many rock pools.

The house is outfitted with numerous board games and activities, as well as a spacious garden for children to play in a safe space.

There is an excellent coffee shop on the estate which serves the most delicious light meals, milkshakes and coffee which is family friendly.

In close proximity – less than a kilometer – is the local ‘Agterbaaier Shop’, together with a pharmacy.

Slightly further away (2 – 3km) is a local Spar at which everything that is required can be obtained.

There are a number of restaurants within a short drive away – both in St Helena Bay and the surrounding towns of Port Owen, Paternoster, Stompneus Bay and Vredenburg. The West Coast Shopping Mall in Vredenburg will provide most items. Fine dining in the nearby village of Paternoster provides seafood which trumps most urban centers – items are straight from the sea to the restaurant.
