In 1984, E. Katz, known to everyone as Udi, started Mr Juice from Johannesburg with a simple belief: South Africans deserved better, fresher food made from real ingredients. What began as a small salad and dip operation grew into one of the country’s most established juice and salad manufacturers.
Today, with two full operating divisions, the Juice Manufacturing Division and the Salad Farm brand, Mr Juice supplies hundreds of supermarkets, restaurants and food service businesses across South Africa. The same founding values of freshness, quality and reliability still drive everything we do.
